- £60,000 4 on 4 off Training Progression Benefits Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer or similar, with prior experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics, from an aviation background or a related field, looking to head up a small team as the technical expert, within a leading aerospace business? Are you looking to join a highly reputable company, offering a family-feel environment, providing progression and development opportunities, alongside impressive inhouse training from industry experts? In this role, you will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing system faults.
You will also run and check qualification test guide schedules alongside working with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Finally, you will assist in training junior technicians.
With over 20 years of history behind them, this fast-growing business aim to continue making a name for themselves in the aviation sector, already recognised as industry leaders within pilot training.
This role would suit a Lead Maintenance Engineer or similar, with prior experience working on hydraulics and/or pneumatics, coming from a background in the aviation sector or a related field looking to further their career.
