Academics is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded private nursery in Westminster, currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team from May 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a premium early years setting that places a strong emphasis on child-led learning, high standards of care, and creating a warm, nurturing environment. The role will involve supporting children's development through play-based learning, while also working closely with key children, including those with additional needs.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: May 2026
  • Location: Westminster, London
  • Contract: Full-time / Flexible shifts available
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (varied shift patterns)
  • Salary: £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare * Have proven experience working within a private nursery or Early Years setting * Have experience supporting children with additional needs, including adapting activities and providing tailored support * Be caring, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development * Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
