Job DescriptionManage the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.Review and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.Prepare financial analysis to support decision-making across the organisation.Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory bodies.The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have:A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Experience in financial management within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.Strong technical accounting knowledge, including compliance and reporting standards.Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow effectively.Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage a team.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.What's on OfferSalary ranging from 63,000 to 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.Permanent position in the Not For Profit sector.Based in Central LondonComprehensive benefits packageIf you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
