As a Nurse, you will work closely with the wider care team to provide high-quality nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents. Youll play an important role in supporting residents daily needs and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs
Work collaboratively with care staff, healthcare professionals, and families
Contribute to care planning and clinical assessments
Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding procedures
Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the home
Requirements NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Previous experience within a nursing or care home environment preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
