FLT Driver

FLT Driver Location: Gildersome, LS27 7JU Shifts: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour We are currently looking to recruit FLT Drivers to join a night shift team.

As a FLT Driver, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations by picking orders using forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck), loading vehicles for delivery, and assisting with the cutting of flooring products when required.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities: Picking orders from the warehouse using forklifts (Counterbalance/Reach Truck).

Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring the correct items are dispatched.

Utilising in-house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.

Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil orders.

Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Always adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck).

Ability to work efficiently during night shifts (11pm
- 7am, Sunday to Thursday).

Comfortable using in-house systems (tablets, RF scanners).

Ability to cut flooring products when required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.

Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
