The Role As Divisional Driving Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the driving division.
Youll lead a team of consultants, build strong client relationships, and drive business development across multiple sectors requiring HGV, LGV, and multi-drop drivers.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants Drive sales performance and exceed divisional targets Develop and execute strategic growth plans Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Ensure compliance with all relevant driving and recruitment regulations Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics What Were Looking For Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the driving/logistics sector Strong leadership and team management skills Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with a strategic mindset Full UK driving xwzovoh licence preferred Whats on Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential Car Allowance Clear career progression path Supportive and high-performing team environment Ongoing training and professional development If youre ambitious, commercially driven, and ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.
