Whats on Offer Salary starting from £40,000 for 40 hours
£45,000 for 45 hours / £50,000 for 50 hours
Paid overtime on top of contracted hours

What Were Looking For Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Background in fresh food, seasonal British or farm-to-table cuisine
Experience in quality-driven kitchens (hotel xwzovoh or restaurant)
Confident in leading sections and supporting the Head Chef
Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
Passion for produce, sustainability, and consistent standards
