Our client is a leading tech business that is at the forefront of their sector.
Due to growth, our client is now seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Account Manager to join its vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a busy environment and wants to play a key role in the success of a fast-growing tech company.
Role Overview
The Internal Account Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, becoming the go-to contact for all enquiries, support and ongoing relationship development. This is a role where enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional service truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring they receive first-class service
* Acting as the main point of contact, building strong and trusted B2B relationships
* Creating accurate and compelling quotations tailored to customer needs
* Following up quotations to maximise opportunities and drive growth
* Proactively identifying ways to add value and strengthen client partnerships
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining clear account visibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
* Previous experience in account management or B2B customer service
* A natural ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
This role is office based, Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm however there will be the opportunity to attend some industry networking events within the role so a Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000-£31,000
* Quarterly bonus of up to £10,000 per annum
