This role is help cover across 3 different sites in central London. Each site is slightly different but has the same ethos and desirer to deliver great food.
Whats on Offer
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
Mostly daytime hours
Monday to Friday working pattern
40-hour working week
A mix of high-quality fine dining, hospitality and volume service

The Role
Working closely with the Group Head Chef, youll be part of team delivering across 3 different venues. Delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across the sites. Youll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations. xwzovoh
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchens
Taking responsibility in the Head Chefs absence
Liaising confidently with Front of House and clients
Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure
Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times
