About the role

We are currently working with a highly respected, family-run manufacturing business in Petersfield who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Purchasing & Planning team. Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role within the purchasing and planning function, supporting the smooth flow of materials to ensure production and installation schedules are met efficiently. A comprehensive induction and tailored training programme will be provided, giving you a strong understanding of the business, its products, and its values.  Key Duties: Process daily material requisitions and place supplier orders as required Ensure materials are prepared, organised, and ready for dispatch, including loading for projects and containers Carry out picking duties alongside quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Maintain production records and update project files in line with planning requirements Work closely with the wider team to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and deadlines Provide general support within the yard area when needed About You: Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking quality and maintaining accurate records A team-focused approach with good communication and collaboration skills Motivated to learn, develop new skills, and take on increasing responsibility Salary & Benefits Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) Clear opportunities for progression as skills and responsibilities develop Company pension scheme Cycle to work scheme Discounted gym membership Regular company events On-site parking If you are looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive, values-driven business where your contribution genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you
