The Opportunity Our client, a boutique hotel in the Cromarty area,is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join their busy kitchen team.

As the location is rural, a driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities Assisting chefs with basic food preparation Washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed Storing deliveries correctly and managing stock rotation Requirements Essential Driving license and access to own vehicle essential due to location Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Good time management skills Awareness of food hygiene standards (Level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential) Previous kitchen porterexperience is required Whats on Offer £12.75 per hour plus tips (salary works out to approx. xwzovoh
