Behaviour Mentor - Warrington - Immediate Start
Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are currently recruiting a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Warrington. This is an immediate start position and requires a full UK driving licence.
Your Role
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
Deliver tailored strategies to support engagement, learning, and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support
Track progress and positively reinforce achievements
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-esteemWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN or additional needs
Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and consistent approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
