Architectural Technologist
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35-40,000
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a well-established, RIBA-chartered architectural practice based in Birmingham. This thriving studio works across a diverse portfolio of sectors and project scales, including hospitality, healthcare, education and residential schemes. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused design solutions, leading to a consistent pipeline of repeat business and long-standing client relationships. The successful Senior Architect will bring a strong track record of project delivery, excellent design and technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and teams effectively. Experience within healthcare and residential sectors would be advantageous, and proficiency in Revit is essential.

Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
* ARB registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience
* Proven ability to lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages
* Strong design, technical and detailing skills
* High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
* Experience in managing teams and coordinating consultants
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills
The role of Senior Architect will involve:
* Leading projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design quality and technical excellence
* Managing project teams and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
* Overseeing the production of design and technical information, including drawings, specifications and schedules
* Acting as Project Lead, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards
* Attending and leading client, design team and site meetings
* Monitoring project progress, risks and compliance with contractual obligations
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to business development, client engagement and the continued growth of the practice
