A team of Architects and Architectural Technologists that feels like a team (not just people on an org chart) ?? And yes regular socials that people actually go to The Studios Youll be joining well-established, design-led Architectural practices that: Workacross residential, education, commercial, and community projects Havegreatreputations in the region Create career paths for employees Have secure work pipelines, given them confidence to hire new talent Allow experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to lead their own projects and teams This is a hands-on role where youll: Get stuck into projects from design input through to delivery Produce technical drawings that actually get built Be involved in RIBA stages across the board (especially technical stages 4 ) Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors Juggle a few projects at once (keeps things interesting) Who theyre looking for Theyre pretty open-minded hereyou could be: A Technical Architect An Architectural Technician Or even a strong Part II who leans technical What matters more is that you: Know your way around UK building regs detailing Have solid Stage 4 experience Can communicate well with colleagues and clients xwzovoh Ideally use Revit and AutoCAD (but theyll train you if not) ??
