£35,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll focus on driving new business through proactive outreach and cold calling, while also developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. This is a true hybrid sales role with a strong emphasis on winning new customers.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored IT solutions that deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business through cold calling and proactive outreach
Identify and win opportunities with new and existing clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Advise on IT solutions including cloud, hardware, software, and cybersecurity
Create tailored proposals to meet client requirements
Work closely with internal technical and sales teamsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Confident and comfortable with cold calling and new business generation
IT, telecoms, or technology sales experience is beneficial but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a desire to earn uncapped commission
Consultative and commercially minded approach
