£29,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop existing client relationships while actively generating new business through outbound activity, including cold calling. This is a dual role combining account management with proactive business development.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outreach
Identify and win new opportunities within both existing and new clients
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Advise clients on IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud, and cybersecurity
Create and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs
Collaborate with internal technical and sales teamsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in account management, sales, or business development
Background in IT, technology, telecoms, or solution-based sales is desirable
Confident in new business generation and cold calling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a motivation to earn uncapped commission
Consultative and commercially aware approachNo existing client base or accounts required.
