Bexley - Independent Reviewing Officer - £45.20 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join the Children's Services team for Bexley Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Chair statutory reviews for Looked After Children, ensuring plans are effective, timely, and focused on achieving positive outcomes. * Provide independent scrutiny and oversight of care planning to ensure compliance with legislation and statutory guidance. * Challenge and escalate concerns where delays or poor practice impact on children's outcomes. * Ensure the child's voice is central to all planning and review processes. * Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided to children in care. * Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to promote stability and permanence for children. * Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports.
