We're looking for a Chef to join a prestigious, well-established café set on the clifftops of Barton-on-Sea , offering breathtaking coastal views and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected business with genuine scope for growth and development. 5/7 day - 40 hours per week.

Key Information

Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Barton-on-Sea
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 5 days out of 7 Finish at 5pm Monday to Thursday & Sunday
Cooking until 8pm on Friday & Saturday (finish at 9pm )

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Using fresh, good-quality, locally sourced ingredients
Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and safety
Supporting kitchen prep and ensuring cleanliness at all times
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during service

Ideal Candidate

Essential skills and experience:
Previous kitchen experience xwzovoh in a similar environment
Basic knowledge of food production and ingredients
Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Positive, approachable and team-focused attitude
Willingness to embrace new ideas and ways of working
