R&D Engineer

Expleo is currently recruiting for an experienced R&D Engineer to join our customer based in Warwickshire on a contract basis until the end of March, with a strong possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineering professional to work on innovative product and technology development within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Rate:_ £33.88 per hour (Umbrella) Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for improving and developing new products, components, and technologies, including: Ensuring research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards Supporting the development of business plans and budgets for new products Analysing quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards Keeping up to date with industry developments and translating insights into viable engineering solutions Delivering technical presentations to customers and industry stakeholders Monitoring project outcomes to ensure delivery against technical, functional, cost, and timing targets Supporting (where applicable) product regulatory approval processesAbout the Role This is a Specialist Professional level role, suited to a recognised subject matter expert with strong technical knowledge and experience.
