Parts Manager Automotive Location: Gloucester Salary: £34,000 + £6,000 bonus

The Role: Youll be responsible for managing the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while leading and developing a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and ordering
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team
Work closely with service and sales departments to support overall operations
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
Commercial xwzovoh awareness with a track record of achieving targets
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience within a main dealer environment (advantageous)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (between 7:30am 6:00pm
