About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable classroom experience, support student development, and explore different schools across the region. As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Have the flexibility to shape your own working week. Experience a range of school settings, year groups, and teaching styles. Manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment. Support students with their learning and help them stay engaged throughout the day.Who We're Looking For We'd love to hear from individuals who: Have experience working with children or young people in a school or similar environment. Are motivated to support both students and schools in achieving their goals. Thrive in different school settings and bring positivity and adaptability to every day. Are confident in managing a classroom and delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups.
