Requirements: Previous experience as a TA or in a similar support role. Ability to support students across a range of subjects. Good teamwork, communication, and initiative. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Enhanced DBS and professional references. Key responsibilities: Assist students during lessons. Support classroom routines and behaviour.
