We’re seeking a high-calibre Building Surveyor to strengthen our clients London team. The Role You’ll play a key role in delivering first-class building surveying services, with a strong focus on contract administration and refurbishment projects across a diverse property portfolio. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll help drive business growth, support client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the team. What You’ll Be Doing * Leading and delivering high-quality building surveying services across varied assets * Acting as Contract Administrator on refurbishment schemes * Managing client relationships and contributing to new business development * Overseeing project delivery for investor and occupier clients * Supporting financial performance and profitability initiatives * Mentoring graduates and contributing to team development * Representing the business at industry and networking events What We’re Looking For * MRICS qualified (or equivalent) * Strong experience across both professional and project-led surveying work * Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills * Self-sufficient, proactive, and collaborative * Able to manage multiple instructions with precision and pace * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel Why Join?
