We are currently looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef with a solid background in quality-driven, high-level restaurants.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in fast-paced, premium environments and is passionate about refined Mediterranean cooking.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Sous Chef in high-end or premium restaurants
Strong background in Mediterranean and French cuisine
Experience working in busy, high-volume kitchens
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
Strong understanding of kitchen organisation, food quality and consistency
Professional, disciplined and hands-on approach
