H&C Solutions are excited to offer this fantastic Executive Head Chef position role to work within one of Londons most luxurious boutique Mayfair hotels. This stunning hotel operation is extremely exclusive with a minimum room spend of £380 per night. The hotel has one single main kitchen, with a team of 20 chefs. They have a 2AA fine dining restaurant (50 covers), banqueting facilities and are very popular for afternoon tea.
Executive Head Chef Benefits:
A competitive salary based on £75,000 - £80,000 per annum
48 hours per week.
Working under the guidance of an award winning executive head chef

Executive Head Chef Requirements:
A stable and consistent employment history demonstrating long-term commitment, professionalism, and reliability.
P roven experience within both award-winning restaurants and luxury hotels , showcasing an ability to deliver exceptional standards across diverse, high-pressure environments.
A creative, organised, and loyal Executive Chef with the vision and capability to elevate and further develop the two-rosette restaurant, banqueting operation, and afternoon tea offering. xwzovoh
This is a hands-on leadership role we are seeking an Executive Chef who remains genuinely passionate about cooking, leading from the front, inspiring the brigade, and maintaining a flexible approach to working hours.
