You'll be joining a high-performing London sales floor where the energy is genuine, the leadership invests in their people, and the top performers are earning serious money. What you'll be doing * Handling inbound enquiries from prospective clients exploring alternative investments * Building trust and rapport quickly over the phone * Educating clients, qualifying needs, and guiding them through their first (and second, and third) purchase * Managing your pipeline with discipline — following up, nurturing, closing * Hitting (and beating) monthly revenue targets * Becoming a genuine subject-matter expert in a fascinating asset class What we're looking for This isn't a tick-box role. The right person will be: * Articulate — you can hold an intelligent, considered conversation with anyone * Driven — targets motivate you; you don't need babysitting * Hungry — you want the lifestyle the OTE buys, and you're prepared to earn it * Humble — you're coachable, you take feedback well, and ego stays at the door * Hard-working — 5 days in the office is a feature, not a bug; you want to be in the room Previous B2C sales experience is a strong advantage — particularly if you've sold over the phone, worked to KPIs, or come from a high-volume inbound or outbound environment. But mindset and aptitude matter more than CV bullet points.
