This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you’ll engage directly with communities, referral partners, and unemployed individuals to promote learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain partnerships with Job Centres, community organisations, and referral networks * Promote and recruit learners onto AEB-funded courses and employability programmes * Deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to prospective learners * Support delivery of learner engagement strategies to meet KPIs and enrolment targets * Attend outreach events, job fairs, and community engagement sessions * Maintain accurate and compliant learner records in line with ESFA/AEB funding requirements * Track engagement activity and report on performance metrics * Support learners throughout their journey, ensuring retention and progression * Stay up to date with AEB funding rules, employability trends, and adult education developments Ideal Candidate You’ll be a motivated and people-focused professional with experience in learner engagement, employability, or adult education recruitment, and a strong understanding of the skills sector.
