Contract Administrator (Property)
Permanent | £29,902 per annum
I am working on a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a well-established property team, supporting the Senior Contract Manager.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of property services. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, raising works orders, and providing essential administrative support across a range of contracts including planned works and servicing programmes.
You will act as a central point of communication between teams, so strong relationship-building skills are essential. A big part of the role involves speaking with tenants, so excellent customer service and communication skills are key.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of property contracts and programmes
Raising and managing works orders on internal systems
Liaising with tenants and internal teams
Providing administrative support to the wider property functionWhat we are looking for:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with good customer care skills
Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Ability to build effective working relationships
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat’s on offer:
