Job Title: Yard / Warehouse Operative (Forklift Licence Required) Location: NW10 2JJ Job Type: Full-time / Temp to Perm. About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves working both indoors and outdoors, supporting the smooth running of warehouse and yard operations. Key Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift * Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment * Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies * Assisting with general yard duties as required Requirements: * Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) * Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment preferred * Good level of physical fitness * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic understanding of health and safety procedures Desirable (but not essential): * Experience with inventory systems, use of picksheets in particular. * Driving licence
