Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer Job Type: Days based, Perm Location: Poole Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7am-12pm Fri Pay: £19ph-£21ph DOE Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run precision engineering company with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise. Key Responsibilities Offline programming using Fusion 360 Online programming, setting, and operating 4-axis CNC milling machines (Mazak) Manufacturing precision components in small to medium batch sizes (5–150 off) Working with aluminium and a range of steels Producing parts to tight tolerances (10–25 microns) Self-inspection and maintaining high-quality standards in line with ISO 9001 processes Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across machining processes Requirements Proven experience in CNC milling and programming (Mazak, Fanuc or Conversational) Experience with 4-axis machining Competent using Fusion 360 for offline programming (other softwares considered) Ability to machine to tight tolerances Experience working with aluminium and steels Benefits 25 days holiday + statutory holidays Company pension scheme On-site parking Overtime available: 6:00am – 7:00am at 1.5x rate What next?
