Chef de Partie - New Opening

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for an exciting new restaurant project. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to help deliver consistently high standards, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring excellent execution across your section. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and passionate chef who is committed to excellence, creativity, and working with exceptional seasonal produce.

The Place
A truly unique farm-to-fork country restaurant, built on a deep commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and provenance. With access to two working farms and a kitchen garden, the business prides itself on producing exceptional ingredients that shape a constantly evolving menu. The ethos is rooted in low-waste, whole-animal butchery, and naturally seasonal cooking. From home-reared livestock to foraged ingredients and wild venison through responsible deer stalking, every dish tells a story of the land it comes from, with a strong focus on refined yet honest cooking that showcases the very best of British produce.
The Person
The successful Chef de Partie will have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up in a high-quality kitchen (Rosette or Michelin experience preferred)
A genuine passion for farm-to-fork cooking and sustainability
Strong knowledge of seasonal British produce
Interest in foraging, game, and whole-animal butchery (training can be provided)
Strong organisation and ability to run a section confidently
A positive attitude and ambition to develop within a forward-thinking business
