The Central London Integration Hub
The Central London Integration Hub is a programme which seeks to help central London residents access the support they need to move into decent work.
At present, the employment and skills landscape is complex, fragmented, and difficult for Londoners to navigate. This means that Londoners often struggle to access the support that could best meet their needs, and that services are not as coordinated as they could be.
The Central London Integration Hub aims to address these challenges. It will seek to support the integration of employment and skills services across central London, drive partnership working, and enable high-quality referrals so people access the support that best meets their needs. The hub will aim to ensure that:
- Londoners are able to access the support they need to upskill and access good work.
- Employment and skills providers and other key stakeholders work together to coordinate support and ensure effective referrals.
- The employment and skills system delivers multi-agency and person-centred support.
The hub will initially focus on three specific groups who face multiple barriers to work; disabled central Londoners, refugees and NEET young people (17-24). However, the hub will also aim to support collaboration more broadly across the employment and skills system.
The Central London Integration Hub is funded by the Mayor of London.
