Class 1 HGV Driver

We are currently looking for Class 1 Trampers to join our highly regarded team based out of our Highbridge depot.

Benefits:

£15.30 per hour while driving
£14.00 per hour when loading/unloading
£15.30 flat rate after 16:00 on Fridays and weekends
£25.50 per night out + £4.50 daily meal allowance (payable with receipt, 4-5 nights per week)
Driver performance bonus up to £15 per week, paid quarterly

Death in Service cover

Requirements:

Valid UK C+E (Class 1) licence
Weekend availability (Saturday run-ins or Sunday run-outs)
Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive work ethic and professional attitude

Responsibilities:

Adhering to EU-regulated drivers' hours
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service
Completing assigned deliveries safely and on time
Using a company smartphone with pre-installed customer apps
Ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and clean before departure
