We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for an exciting new restaurant opening at a well-regarded hotel in the heart of Northumberland, offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team at the start of a brand-new dining concept.

Situated in the beautiful market town of Hexham, this established hotel is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the launch of a completely new restaurant offering.

The concept will combine relaxed daytime dining with an exciting evening food offering, serving brunch and lunch from 9am until 4pm before transitioning into a vibrant dinner service centred around small plates and dishes cooked over a Josper grill.
