This role is key driving inbound interest and crucial in assisting the business achieve its 2026 and 2027 ambitious growth numbers. You'll manage email marketing campaigns, paid media, social and content to drive engagement lead and brand awareness. ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end design and execution of integrated campaigns – B2B &/or B2CShape and deliver the marketing campaign strategyImplement campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social and contentBuild engaging communications for internal and external audiences, with clear, consistent messagingWork closely with sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectivesBe responsible for end-to-end paid media planningWork with agencies to implement campaignsManage ROI and review performanceManage multiple campaigns at same time with different audiences and objectivesUse performance insight to understand what’s working, spot opportunities and keep improving marketing effectiveness.RequirementsHands-on digital channel experience essential - B2B and/or B2C strategy through execution Financial services experience is essential.An understanding of ETFs would be a distinct advantage Experience in asset or investment management is strongly preferredCampaign planning experience essentialAbility to work to tight deadlinesPaid media, email, CRM, social and ability to manage content for all digital channels essentialUK experience essential75-95,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent bonus + benefits 3-days in the office
