M&E Quantity Surveyor – £90k+ Package 📍 London 💰 £90,000+ Package DOE 🏗️ £10m–£15m M&E Projects 🚆 Travel Paid | Bonus | Healthcare | Pension We are working with a leading MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E QS looking to take ownership of significant £10m–£15m projects within a growing and established contractor. The Role * Commercial management of M&E projects valued at £10m–£15m * Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts * Subcontract procurement and management * Preparing and agreeing valuations * Managing variations, change control and applications for payment * Cost reporting and financial forecasting * Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts * Supporting commercial strategy and project delivery * Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and the wider commercial team * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors About You * Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor * Strong experience working for an MEP / M&E contractor * Experience managing projects in the £10m–£15m range * Strong knowledge of M&E subcontract packages and commercial management * Confident managing subcontractors, variations and final accounts * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Commercially astute with strong attention to detail * Able to work independently and take ownership of projects Package * £90,000+ package depending on experience * Bonus scheme * Full travel expenses paid * Private healthcare * Leading pension scheme * Excellent company benefits * Long-term progression opportunities * Opportunity to work on major £10m–£15m M&E projects If you’re an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor looking for a senior commercial opportunity with a leading MEP contractor, get in touch with George at Linea Group for a confidential conversation
