About the Role We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a prestigious luxury hotel and resort in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to continue their development within a high-end hospitality environment focused on quality produce, refined dining, and exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities Run and manage your designated section during service
Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards
Maintain excellent hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen organisation
Support senior chefs with prep and daily kitchen operations
Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen brigade
Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and efficiency during service

Ideal Candidate Profile Current or recent experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP
Background within a luxury 5-star hotel, premium restaurant, or similar high-end environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality-driven cooking
Strong organisational skills and calm approach under pressure
Professional, reliable, and eager to progress within hospitality
Ability to comfortably commute to the Hertfordshire area
