Commercial Property Manager (Client Side) – West Sussex – up to £55k basic Do you have an interest in Commercial Property Management? Currently manage mixed use developments? We’re working with a privately owned, multi-generational Property Investment & Development Company with extensive Commercial and Residential Assets across the South and South East of England. Within their Commercial Property Management team, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows: * Working office based in West Sussex * High specification commercial portfolio spanning offices, logistics, retail warehousing, industrial and trade counter premises * You will oversee sites from Chichester to Southampton and up to Salisbury * Duties (which will draw upon your block management experience) will include carrying out inspections, overseeing expenditure, lease renewals (you’ll be supported in these negotiations), service charge management (these are outsourced but you will oversee the agent responsible), contractor management, planned/reactive works * Full transitional training/guidance provided in post – you’ll be working amongst a highly experienced and supportive team * Outstanding long term career prospects with unrivalled job security (working client side for a developer/investor with substantial holdings/cash reserves) Salary for the successful Client Side Commercial Property Manager will start at up to £55k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure/progression alongside an impressive benefits package.
