Warehouse Stock Manager

Derby . You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, stock management processes, and warehouse stock control activities. per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What youll do on a typical day: Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses and storage locations Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is available to meet customer and operational demands Analyse inventory trends and recommend stock level adjustments Manage slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory Develop and implement stock control procedures and policies Produce regular inventory performance reports and KPIs Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional qualification such as CIPS, CPIM, CSCP, or APICS - desirable We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
