  • Lead the electronic design of innovative products from concept through to manufacture.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.

You may bring experience in:

  • Electronic product development in a commercial environment.
  • Schematic capture and PCB design.
  • Manufacturing processes and product introduction activities.
  • Embedded systems and firmware development.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Cross-functional project delivery.
  • Problem-solving in both structured production environments and fast-paced development projects.


Skills & Experience Wishlist

We're keen to speak with engineers who can demonstrate a combination of the following:

  • Degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong commercial experience developing electronic products within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Experience creating and maintaining component libraries.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing documentation and production support.
  • Embedded software development experience using C.
  • Project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Team leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
  • Understanding of UK and European product compliance standards.


Most importantly, you'll be a practical problem-solver who combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach and a genuine enthusiasm for developing great products.
