Skills and CompetenciesProven track record of 8+ years experience in financial software implementations within banks, software vendors, consulting firms or system integratorsStrong functional understanding of financial instruments within the banking or insurance industriesProficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and .Net with strong hands-on technical capabilityExperience with programming languages such as C# and R, with additional exposure to IIS, Web API and MVC considered desirableAbility to gather and translate business requirements through client workshops and gap analysisStrong customer engagement skills with the ability to build relationships and provide clear, consultative recommendationsExcellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Delivery, Product Management and TechnologyDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationUndergraduate degree in finance, banking, computer science or a related field requiredGraduate degree such as a Master’s or MBA preferredResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end implementation projects for commercial lending software solutions, ensuring successful client outcomes and high-quality service deliveryLead implementation projects including software installation, configuration, data mapping, testing and client trainingConduct gap analysis and gather business requirements through consultative client workshopsAdvise clients on optimal product design and configuration to meet business and lending process needsManage project timelines, deliverables, resources, project hours and risks using appropriate tracking toolsCollaborate with Product Management teams on enhancement requests, defects and product improvementsSupport partners in project delivery under the Partner Delivery Framework, including effort estimation and technical guidanceDeliver SaaS Premium Services through configuration support, integration guidance and minor enhancementsProvide enhanced error support by managing priority incidents in a follow-the-sun model, including occasional weekend supportAbout the TeamThe team operates within the commercial lending space, delivering software solutions that enable financial institutions to process, assess, approve and monitor lending transactions. Based in London and supporting clients across Europe and Africa, the team works closely with clients and partners to implement innovative solutions and drive business impact.
