Site Supervisor – Major Civils / Bulk Earthworks Location: Lower Thames Crossing Duration: Long-term Start: Immediate / ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a major civils project at the Lower Thames Crossing. This is a great opportunity for a proven civils supervisor with extensive bulk earthworks experience on large-scale infrastructure projects. The Role You will be responsible for supervising site activities across major earthworks and associated civils packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Requirements The Opportunity If you have the required bulk earthworks and major civils experience, please get in touch with your CV and availability. * Extensive bulk earthworks experience on major civils/infrastructure projects – essential * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within heavy civils * Gold CSCS/CSCS Supervisor Card – essential * SSSTS – essential * CAT & Genny experience * Safety Critical Medical – essential * Strong understanding of RAMS, permits and site safety * Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Previous experience on major infrastructure projects highly desirable * Major UK infrastructure project * Long-term work * Excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile civils scheme * Immediate requirement for the right candidate
