Salary: £45,000 per annum + performance-based bonus
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional dining and event experiences within a prestigious luxury residential environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating seamless, memorable, and commercially successful hospitality experiences for residents and guests alike.
About the Role You will champion a resident-first culture, setting the benchmark for outstanding hospitality while driving operational excellence and profitability. Acting as the key point of contact for clients and guests, you will oversee events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests
Manage enquiries via phone and email, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively and discreetly
Conduct site show rounds, menu tastings, and client consultations
Plan and coordinate catering for corporate functions, private dining, and social events
Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure impeccable delivery
Work closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Gather and act on guest feedback to continuously enhance service standards
Identify marketing and promotional opportunities to increase event revenue
Maintain brand standards, service quality, and financial performance targets
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Event Manager, or senior hospitality professional
Strong xwzovoh organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with an understanding of KPIs and hospitality marketing
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
Qualification in Hospitality, Events, PR, or Marketing desirable but not essential
