What is the role about?
As a Wellbeing for Work Coach, you will support participants to better manage their wellbeing and engage in activities that bring them closer to employment. You will deliver wellbeing modules through a blend of face to face and online group sessions, alongside one to one support, equipping participants with practical tools to improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You will also play a key role in signposting participants to external support services where needed.
Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering Wellbeing Support
- Work collaboratively with Employment Advisers to identify participants with health and wellbeing barriers affecting their ability to find or sustain work.
- Deliver one to one support to help participants overcome these barriers.
