About the role

Sacco Mann is pleased to be working with a well‑established law firm in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, with a strong focus on matrimonial work including divorce and financial remedy cases. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team while managing their own caseload and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role

As a Family Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of private family law matters
  • Advising clients on divorce and matrimonial disputes
  • Handling financial remedy and matrimonial finance cases
  • Supporting clients through sensitive family matters with clear and practical legal advice
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing high levels of client care

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this Family Solicitor role, you will demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a solicitor with experience in family law
  • Strong experience handling matrimonial matters, including divorce and financial remedy
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to case management
