Full Stack Developer – Up to £80,000 – Hybrid (1 Day in Office) – Crawley Based – IT Consultancy The Opportunity We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer to play a hands-on role in the design, build, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. This position combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibility, offering the chance to influence architecture, code quality, and delivery standards while remaining close to the code. You’ll work collaboratively with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, contributing to robust, scalable solutions in a modern technology environment. Key Responsibilities Hands-on full stack development using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Lead technical design and implementation across end-to-end applications Perform code reviews and ensure best practices around quality, security, and performance Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to developers Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders Support Agile delivery, including estimations, sprint planning, and technical decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives Exposure to Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable Opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled features (nice to have)Skills & Experience Required Strong commercial experience with .NET / C# (APIs, backend services) Front-end experience with React (modern JavaScript / TypeScript) Solid SQL skills, including query optimisation and schema design Proven experience operating as a senior engineer or technical lead Strong understanding of enterprise application development and system integration Comfortable working in Agile delivery environmentsDesirable Experience Background in Audit, Tax, Finance, or Regulatory domains Experience working with Azure and modern DevOps practices Exposure to innovation initiatives or emerging technologiesFull Stack Developer – Up to £80,000 – Hybrid (1 Day in Office) – Crawley Based – IT Consultancy
