Job Description Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor \n London | Permanent | Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote) \A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its busy and supportive Conveyancing team. \This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional looking to take ownership of their own caseload while working within a collaborative environment that values client service, innovation and professional development. \You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing clear legal advice and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. \Advising clients on the legal aspects of residential property matters \n Carrying out ID verification, source of funds checks, gift deposit reviews and associated risk assessments \n Managing mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts \n Reviewing mortgage offers and management packs \n Handling both new-build and second-hand property transactions \n Building and maintaining strong relationships with introducers and referrers \n Supervising and supporting conveyancing assistants and administrative team members where appropriate \Residential conveyancing experience with full responsibility for running your own caseload \n CILEx Level 6, CLC qualification or equivalent residential conveyancing expertise \n This opportunity is with a highly regarded law firm known for its modern approach, strong market presence and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
