Shift Lead - Part Time with Pension & 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Trafford Park is seeking a Shift Lead (part-time, 25 hours per week) to oversee daily store operations and lead a team across shifts. This role ensures a safe, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues, maintaining excellent service and store standards.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customers, safety minded, and able to energise the team while delivering the company’s goal of making customers feel valued. The role is on site with shifts from 7am to 10pm.
