About the role:
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You will manage reservations, handle email enquirers with professionalism and warmth, and coordinate events directly with guests to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly.
Alongside front-of-house responsibilities, you will support the daily operation of the service, working closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
Evening work is requiredbut never until too lateand we offer a structured schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
What were looking for:
A genuine passion for hospitality
A positive attitude and professional manners
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence in reservation management and guest relations
A good command of English is required
High-end or fine dining experience is a bonus
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
What we offer:
£38,000 plus share of excess tronc after probation
7 shifts per week (approximately xwzovoh 45 hours)
Last food orders by 9pm
Sundays, Bank Holidays, 4 days at Easter, and 12 days off at Christmas & New Year always off
Holiday allowance that increases with length of service
