Role Description The Consultant Solicitor provides high-quality legal advice and representation to corporate and high-net-worth private clients across the practice areas listed above. Advising on corporate and financial risk and structuring Handling negotiations in complex commercial or cross-border transactions Hybrid Working Model In addition to developing and billing their own client base, Consultant Solicitors benefit from Ashbourne's hybrid model: the firm can also refer and assign clients directly to its lawyers, providing an additional source of work and business development beyond each consultant's personal portfolio.
