Role Description The Consultant Solicitor provides high-quality legal advice and representation to corporate and high-net-worth private clients across the practice areas listed above. Advising on corporate and financial risk and structuring Handling negotiations in complex commercial or cross-border transactions Hybrid Working Model In addition to developing and billing their own client base, Consultant Solicitors benefit from Ashbourne's hybrid model: the firm can also refer and assign clients directly to its lawyers, providing an additional source of work and business development beyond each consultant's personal portfolio. Strong foundation in corporate, commercial, and financial law, with the ability to advise confidently on complex matters Experience in Private Equity transactions, banking law, and corporate structuring Proven track record working with corporate and high-net-worth private clients Qualified solicitor (or equivalent legal qualification) with a valid practicing certificate in a relevant jurisdiction Proven track record of working independently in a remote or flexible environment, managing caseloads, deadlines, and client communications effectively Work from home, with access to hot-desking facilities (100 days/year) Immediate access to accreditations Technical support for operations, legal support, and training Additional client opportunities through Ashbourne's hybrid referral model
